It looks normal to me. Lighting can affect images, but the overall size of the devices look normal. Perhaps very slight Die movement during the strike?

Hard to tell for sure but it appears to me that the letters are a bit thin from the die being dressed out with an abrasive such as aluminum oxide. This naturally increases the space between characters a bit.
To illustrate, here are two 1959 Lincoln cents with differences in the spacing between the AME (and other areas not shown) on the reverse.

The top image is from a relatively early die state (EDS) while the image below it is from a very heavily abraded die. Coins submitted by Robert Wilharm of TX in April 2006.

When the dies are over polished, it removes part of the mid devices. So when this happens the dies devices get thinner.

No extra premium for these, but know what it is; Priceless.

I've noticed this on a proof nickel as well. But I didn't save it or take an image of it. (well not that I can remember anyway)
I did take an image of it. It is the center one in this grouping of the three images on "GOD" that now says "COD"

Coop, the coin at the bottom of your set of three 1963 proof nickels also shows nice Flat Field Doubling. Nobody collects it but it is a legitimate error.

I see it now. I knew about that and see that often on proof coins. (probably because proof coins are struck more than once) Business strike coins are only struck once.

It's a pretty nice example on this one -- a really nice clear photo!
