gussyboy1 Valued Member United States 174 Posts	Posted 12/21/2007 12:07 am My father passed away and in his amateur collection of coins and currancy I found a Black Eagle-series 1899. When you look on the back lower right it has printed 1950 in very small green print. I am new at this but does that mean anything? Is it an 1899 being that it says series 1899 on the front? Please someone who can let me know, I would appreciate it. It is a Black Eagle with Speelman and White signatures. THANK YOU! Report this Post to the Staff
