Hello! I went through my LWCs yesterday and I found this die clash. Well, I think its one... Let me know what you think.

Is that the bottom of a wheat stalk? A little fuzzy - may need a bit more light.

If the line over the 5 in the date is raised, it's probably part of the other wheat stalk.

I agree with Ken. Better images might show more. I can't tell if it is a die scratch (raised) of a coin scratch (incuse). But I'm not thinking a die clash as nothing could cause a clash there. IMOHO

It looks to me the tip of the wheat stalk would fall right there behind Abe's shoulder where the coin is affected. The rotation could've been off slightly, but I'm not thinking that was necessary. As long as it's raised, it would fit the clash category. Would it not? Remember, Coop you are the one that taught me die clashes. lol

It would seem that if it was a clash (which I've never seen the wheat tips show before), we would see more evidence on the rest of the coin. Neither side shows a clash any where else. Most clashes on wheat cents are on the central areas.
