If it was me and I was offered ~6500 profit 24 hours later I would be looking up registered mail and insurance prices. 6500 buys a lot of denarii. Earlier in the year someone offered to pay me twice what I had paid for a Galba I had won. I suppose not everyone is as keen and diligent when it comes to all the auctions. However, if I had several holes to fill in my collection I would be tempted to sell. I am trying to build the twelve Caesars set in silver and know that claudius and caligula will be expensive. I might just sell that coin to build my set, especially since such a large profit could be made. In the end you have to do what feels right. Report this Post to the Staff
