We just received 2 negatives on coins sold in July from a buyer who NEVER contacted us even though we state a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We even refund all shipping/handling charges. I called this buyer (who is very new to ebay) and he was rude and arrogant with no interest whatsoever in the effect his actions had. He felt no responsibility to contact me and stated that blatantly on the phone. The buyer's ID is ferobins. For your own protection, block this bidder.
