1991 LMC - MD O And R

This 1991 LMC shows some form of doubling. (likely MD), affecting the date device.

It shows what I would believe to be ejection damage on its reverse.

The signs which I believe tell are patches of stretched metal where the IN GOD WE TRUST device appears to have moved slightly, and split plating above two of the Ts it contains. The image does not show this too well.
