1899 Black Eagle Added

Stunningly beautiful design. Many who collect large notes see this design as one of the finest ever printed. Just like our mostly boring coinage, currency since the 1920's is no longer as attractive as it used to be. The vignettes depicted on many notes from the 1880's until the 1920's were truly works of art. I have owned many of these over the years but all mine were circulated. You also have the note holder-ed in the most respected of the current Current grading companies. Congratulations on owning a fantastic high grade note! There has been quite a few threads about this series and the bug to re-collect large notes is getting hard to ignore. I guess I'm going to try and buy one of these in 2008. I have one of these I've had for years, I have no idea of the grade or the value. Mine is in very good condition, however you can see where it was folded in half many years ago. How much are these worth?
