But I think its late die state not a weak strike but I promise wrong or right I will get back to ya's-sending it in this weekend I still want it in a slab not a 2x2

If so I missed th joke-mabi it's just me...if it comes back AU fine it's still an '82 no P dime not a 'shiny silver penny-' mabi your not into error coins that's fine but I am and I'm thrilled to own one now no need for the snide remarks I never did that to you but thanks for the opinion that's all I was looking for

I'm thinking it's a MS60. I don't really see any wear that would make it a circulated coin. Bag marks? Sure, but wear? I don't think so.

UPDATE-just got it back today I'm happy with the grade and knew MS was a long shot...anyway,no idea why they did not designate 'strong or weak strike' I put on the submission form that I thought 'strong' because of the die crack but no idea? Maybe they were unsure?

Ok so I did a little research and think I got my answer. Looks like NGC only designates the 'weak' strike variety on the label all others are the 'strong' strike which would make this the 'strong strike' as I originally thought

Thanks rayof! I do have 2nd one now in about the same condition quite possibly 1 grade higher who knows tho,not sure yet if I'm sending it in. I went back to this same LCS a little while back and offered him a 2015 3 coin silver march of dimes set and he didnt hesitate, I thought it was great trade I know I'm happy
