terry8835 Pillar of the Community United States 1450 Posts	Posted 05/15/2015 2:16 pm I bought four Franklins in AU condition. They looked almost as good as the uncirculated ones at half the price. I bought the four early years 1948, 48-D, 49, and 50. I paid $51. Some of these coins get expensive in BU condition like the 49-S and 49-d. I think Franklin half dollars are a good sets with only a few that are harder to find Let us know about your progress on your set Report this Post to the Staff
