Cardboard holder labeled it as 19th Century Columbia Farthing, Canada, Non Local Token

It is a dark chocolate brown color so probably copper. Diameter is same as 5 cent piece.

Also, the legitimate medal this token was copied from has recently been found. From 1830; the extra portrait of Sir Robert Peel was eliminated, leaving just the Duke of Wellington.
