I totally agree with the mint sales, they are a company that is supposed to make a profit. They do this very well. If people don't want to buy all the crap (which I also agree they are doing more and more) then don't buy it. If you go to any store I am sure you buy what you want not one of everything in the store. The thing that peeves me is the way the prices of sets keeps going up when silver prices are going down. But once again they are selling them.

Strange they need a new one,I bet its a high paying job, sales this last quarter must have been poor, maybe they canned the last one.

The fact that there is not even 1 line-word asking about at least a basic knowledge of coins, numismatics, etc tell us what's the only RCM care about.

No, you don't need to know anything about coins/numismatics for this position. Its all about sales and marketing and has nothing to do with numismatics (nevermind the Mint product business that the Mint considers "numismatic").

What's funny is that this is precisely the position my father-in-law held up until the mid 90s (before taking over Universal).
