And probably someone bid on them there's an butt for every seat as my mother says.....I only buy pcgs or ngc....maybe icg if cheap enough

So what did they actually sell for? Were any rubes taken in by the "grades" and valuations?

I've seen this at estate auctions and/or non-coin auctions, where non-numismatically-informed people overpay out the wazoo.
