Pretty bad pictures,from them though all that corrosion has me thinking its been dipped and wasn't washed off thoroughly afterwards.

For a coin in that good of shape I'm not seeing the corresponding luster associated with a higher ms fb coin.

I think it's tarnish looks like it's been in a holder a long time. Buyer offers returns may be worth a $35 to $40 gamble. May take it to my local dealer if I win it and see what he thinks if I should send it to pcgs

consider yourself lucky. I think the hit on the top 3 bands disqualifies it from being FB. the coin in general just doesn't light my fire. save your money and get a real nice 1920-p FB when it comes about. you'll thank me later.
