How about AU58? The lower right quadrant of the breast and the leg feathers appear to have extremely slight wear. Same with the hair above the ear. It looks like a PCGS holder? Can't wait to see the actual grade. Your pics are awesome!

I would guess that it would go a MS 62

I'd give it a MS-64 (pace Susan) with a plus for eye appeal. Very pretty coin with attractive toning. I've seen Morgans with more distinct breast and leg feathers, usually on CAMs or DCAMs where there is a lot of frost on all the devices (emphasizing distinctions in relief), but I've also seen MS specimens graded by NGC with similar lack of distinction. In fact, I own one.

MS-65

I dont see wear on the coin, but a bit of weakness in the strike, which in most cases I dont believe is a deduct on grade for the Morgans(not that I dont believe it should be )Just the way it is !!

Before I read Susan's post, my first thought was MS-65 because I've seen highly graded coins with more marking, especially on the cheek. I lowered it to MS-64*, however, due to (1) my lack of experience, which makes me a little shy about sticking my neck out yet, and (2) deference to Susan - although I never saw any wear on the coin. But I gave it a star for eye appeal, which would have amounted to another point but for the above reasons.

The other thing to consider is that the areas that appear to me to have some rub might be due to the holder. Very often, the plastic reflects or deflects light oddly that makes an area on a coin seem flat. Since I only have the pic to go by, I called it as if those areas showed wear rather than due to the holder. I did notice that those areas are not darker than the rest of the coin, which in retrospect, makes me believe that there is no wear.

If there is no wear, I see it as an MS64. The hit on the cheek and light scratch in the hairlines would prevent it from an MS65 in my opinion.
