Is it something "behind" of this privy mark?
Looks like they missed a bit Valentine.

Privately ordered... Anyone can order and have a privy mark put on a Maple Leaf, I think you only need to commit to an order of 5,000 ounces... (I could be wrong on this figure though)...

Some Privy Marked SMLs have lower mintages,
Horse Privy 2014 is 25,000, Titanic 2012 same,
some are highly sought after, tulip (3,500
mintage worth $155, VE Day, VJ Day 6,982) for
example. Would be nice to know mintage.

But less like the fact, that if SPP-Ottawa right, everything could be put as Privy on the Maples, just make big enough order....like to create the Maple Leaf with the your own company Logo as privy mark (this will be more cool, than extra special paper for visit card in "American Psycho" )

when the initiative comes from RCM - different story

Y2K was an aftermarket fabrication — not RCM issued.
