I agree, if you see PL anywhere on a slab or flip, as well as NC(non-circulating) or "numismatic BU", it means the pieces are prooflike (from a set) and not BU (from a roll). Keep in mind, American TPG's ALWAYS get this wrong! I have numerous examples of PL coins in MS grades (67,68+ I might add!#128544;), and vise - versa, so you should self - judge the piece.

I didn't read the fine print as usual...haha The shipping is much lower for items under $100.00 but there is a clause, silver & some other items are excluded from the cheaper shipping rates. Would be best to inquire before hand.
