I'd say your being a little conservative in grade, but overlooking a cleaning.

VF30 cleaned IMO.

Which die clash are you referring to? I'm curious!

Also I may be inclined to tag it rim nick, because of the 12:00 bump on reverse, but a better angle is needed.

The die clash is the Bust, upside down of course. I have an 1858 Large cent in pretty good shape with the same basic die clash and I'm trying to trace it on my computer. I tried super-imposing but it didn't work out with the program I have. I'll have to try Photoshop when I get a chance but it's a program I'm not used to.

This one's a little harder to see in the photo and I'm having a camera issue or maybe the camera has issues with the camera man...

I'd say Vf20 at most, with some cleaning
