PCGS grades differently than ICCS, they are harsher on marks on the effigy and more forgiving with marks in the fields. Plus, eye-appeal can count up to a grade point, and this one does have eye-appeal. Despite the multiple marks in the fields to the left of the King, would bet this one was graded MS-64...

I seriously hope they did not grade it as 'Unc details'.
I have a hunch they may have done so.
Personally, I think the coin is fine and should be graded as ms63.
