I notice a lot of weird things like near the o in one and especially around the nt in cent and the upper half of the coin has a half circular imprint. Any ideas? Also the fg and crack is doubled

Your coin appears to have stains on the several areas on the reverse. The images are too close to tell for sure what is going on exactly. But the rim maybe machine damage from die movement during the strike.
