The seller wants $25 for this 'overstrike' coin.

My question is, is it worth buying at that price?

While not a rare coin, you still don't see many of these for sale. These coins are usually overstruck on earlier coins which this coin does show evidence of. IMO $25 isn't a bad price. BTW the obverse is Christ facing on footstool and the reverse is Constanine and Eudocia SB 1853.
