Is this nice toning or a failed attempt at "quick toning". Will this make it into a non details slab?

I saw this coin on ebay earlier today, I don't like the look of toning, seems like rapid artificial toning on top of a cleaned coin to hide the cleaning. I think it will NOT slab problem free.

Plus the coin seems to have too much wear to have any "luster" left.

As Dave would say, circulated coins don't tone like that. AT

Indeed AT. If NT then the toning should be more concentrated to the sides. If the toning's all over the coin then it's usually a sign of AT.
