So I found this quarter in some of my change and and I realized the die rotation, I've seen some of the other quarters from this series have similar die rotation varieties but I haven't been able to find anything on the Nova Scotia one.

Any help would be appreciated

Very nice... and yes, significant!

What sort of value do you think it would have? Would I need to get it graded?

If mint state, then it could be worth grading, if not, the error speaks for itself.

Nice find
Its worth whatever someone will pay. If I wanted to buy it I would like to accurately see how much it is rotated.
You could put it in a 2x2 (nice and straight up and down one side) prop it, and your camera on a flat level surface and post the pics here. Its like SPP mentioned the condition is everything so clear pics count. IMO
