Is this Strike Doubling on the 9 in 1935? It looks like it has two 9's.

It appears that it could be a doubled die, but I cannot tell from the image. It will have to be closer and better lit to tell anything for sure.

I agree with Chuck, I see something on the 3 that catches my attention. A clearer picture is a must in order to be sure.

To me, it looks like a small off-set, like some of the off-sets on "monticello" on nickels that "wants" to be double monticello, but probably is only a small die off-set.

I'm no expert.
