Lamination peel. Probably got yanked up in the normal course of circulating.

Looks like lamination peel to me. The
Art sticking out is congruent to the crater.

Nobody's worried about the obvious gouges from this feature being pushed to where it is? I'm quite prepared to believe it's a lamination which got pushed up and flipped over - that's probably the case - but what should/does the underside of a lamination look like?

SsuperDave: It may be something like the foldover on this one that I posted. The design still shows under the peel. I'm in means an expert but that is a pretty tidy foldover if it was PMD?
