I'd think closer to $5 than $10 as it's now more of a curiosity as a paper weight or display piece than strictly a numismatic item.

It's absolutely a curio. No numismatic value as the lucite is very hard to remove from the coin without damaging the coin, and it's a common coin to begin with.
