I won this coin on ebay, these are the sellers pic's.
Looks like the Queens portrait mirrored on the reverse of the coin.
Is this a light brokerage ?

It's a die clash, not a brockage. There's no such thing as a "light brockage". It's either a brockage (in which case the entire coin is mirrored), or it isn't.

And watch that auto-spell-checker. A "brokerage" is where you go to buy stocks and shares.
