Good job guys. Most of you got it right and others were in the ballpark. The RCM domicile appeared on the 1960 sets only. There are 3 different versions of the Stamp. Just shows why a buyer should be wary of purchasing one of these sets without the original cellophane.
PS I informed the seller and he removed the "original packaging" but kept the asking price the same.
Very interesting. If what's sold as a pre 60 PL set cannot be determined as authentic, that's quite a markup compared to the cost of 6 individual coins of the same year.
Seems this listing might also be a example of good advice often mentioned by some of you. That is - don't buy just for the packaging ie grade), buy for the quality of the actual coins.
