I like it, but not so familiar with the Hibernia pieces, I'd love o have one, and this one looks really nice!  I'd say high VF or even an EF grade.

I'm pretty sure that this is an example of a Breen-155 Halfpence. 155 is distinguished by having no pellet before HIBERNIA and a large 3 as opposed to the small 3 variety. I'm having trouble finding a rarity designation for this variety so I'll get back to you on that. As far as grade I'll say EAC 20 which would correspond to a VF-25 market grade.
