G'day, I haven't noticed any 2007 notes in circulation, nor have I seen any discussion of them.
So, I was a little surprised to get an '07 $20 among a bundle of lobsters at the bank just before Xmas:
serial FB 07 537224; sigs STEVENS & HENRY
Having now found one, I'm wondering where all those serials from AA to FA have been hiding ?

I think that you will find the rate that notes printed in one year getting to circulation can be quite slow, and will depend on the general quality of notes currently in circulation. For example, it was only recently that I saw a lot of new $5 and $10 printed in 05 (i think that year) go out into circulation.
