The mm looks to be too far right to match up with those dies. Can you give a better close up of the mm?

It looks like RPM-003 to me. Yours has some minor PMD but it is in the correct position.

I don't see a match on coppercoins for this one. Looks like there might be a north above the bottom loop? But it that isn't the case with just the lower serif affected, it might be a minor one for this year?

Coop, I think it's a match with RPM-003, but this one has a ding on the bottom of the mint mark. Everything else looks like a match.

The 003 is an south/east.

Note the hook on the right side of the mint mark.
The OP's coin is a split lower serif (tilted)
