The change over took place in 1993, and USGF was founded in 1963. It appears to be the standard medal we were supplied to give out at officially sanctioned meets. There were gold colored, silver, and the rest were bronze looking. No idea of the actual metallic composition. A1 awards is the name I remember, probably based in Indianapolis, that supplied the awards, is there any marking of the manufacturer? My guess is late 80's to early 90's, I handed out a bunch of those through those years! Report this Post to the Staff
