Does anyone know why RCM sent out messages that the price was lowered and mintage cut from last year on a collectible Maple Leaf coin? It should be selling. Are there now too many coins to choose from?

I didn't get the email but I assume it is because the have have made the market more saturated than a sponge in the ocean. They are probably trying to get people back in to it by giving collectors 2 things they want 1.a lowered price and 2. A lower mintage.
