I like how it calls it artistically toned (AT) instead of artificially toned.
I thought purple was hard to replicate in AT?

That sucker was subjected to some decent heat to get that color....totally artificially toned and pretty easy to do

Quote: .totally artificially toned and pretty easy to do Easy to do, but a little harder to keep that way. You pay big bucks for an "artistically toned" , a year later "natural toning" takes over and your rainbow turns brown

Just leave one out to age gracefully....no artificial methods needed..pic sucks and it is too dark but she is a beauty in person. Reverse is pristine silver

10 years! Wow...it should have been be over the top years ago. I just leave mine sitting on a file cabinet in the computer room and nature does the rest...nothing artificial needed Try another ASE....that partial fingerprint on the reverse and the WAY too pristine center to 5 0'clock tells me something might have been put on the coin or otherwise cleaned at some time...or there are oils on the coin (from handling) preventing toning Cleaned coins do not tone evenly and if they tone the results can be unpleasant
