The Brandenburg-Ansbach arms are just the arms of the Hohenzollern family, who ruled it. The Hohenzollerns also ruled Hohenzollern-Sigmaringen: the description of this four-pfennig sounds close, but I can't find a picture. http://www.ngccoin.com/price-guide/...-duid-263014
If you look at the second picture carefully, the upper left and lower right quadrants of the arms have diagonal (NW-SE) rulings. None of the links above look like that to me.
I also wonder if the second picture should be rotated 90 degrees counter-clockwise?
Maybe that will help someone who knows about these German states.
