j_hewes Valued Member United States 52 Posts	Posted 06/13/2015 11:38 pm If you look at the second picture carefully, the upper left and lower right quadrants of the arms have diagonal (NW-SE) rulings. None of the links above look like that to me. I also wonder if the second picture should be rotated 90 degrees counter-clockwise? Maybe that will help someone who knows about these German states.
