From your pic I do not see the lower hook on the east side of the D.

That is not 040. I couldn't find a match for it on coppercoins. I think I have some of this RPM in tubes somewhere, but as far a I know, no one has it listed yet.

Looks like a double split ion the lower serif and a single on the top one. The extra image was helpful.
