I just went to one bank in Surrey and she told me she had rolls of the new flag quarters, I passed on them as I have the set from the mint coming.

unless you also have multiple addresses you wont see them, as it is not per account it says per household

What if they will decide to suspend both the accounts - MC and other? Since it just a business nothing prevents RCM not to sell the items for particular customers. I would prefer not to take the risk and create double account for same name and address.

I did find a small loophole in their system a few years ago, so I am not sure it will work again. When my father passed away, I had all his mail redirected to me, so what I did was ordered stuff to be sent to his address, and in turn the post office sent it along to me.

I don't think that this will happen. If their system isn't strong enough to pick up identical phone numbers and/or addresses, I doubt very much that they will have any issue with somebody using different email accounts to over-ride their One to a Customer policy on this item. After all, it's all of only $2.50 with free shipping!
I'm sure they won't have an issue with a customer who spends over $1000 per year over a $2.50 discretion.

Just noticed a funny thing... my Rep had taken my order - it was posted on the web-site, then I was still able to post another order using the same email address - but not using the Rep... but 'Web-Order' only. Mmmmmmmm Me thinks this could be another loophole?

I wish our mint down here would do things like this. But greed down here is just too rampant.

Are the rolls separated by colour / non color? Or are they mixed in the roll?

I just got a roll from my bank, they said it was the last one they had. It is mixed between colored and non colored however it doesn't mean it's 50/50. I got only 10 colored ones in this roll.
