This looks like Struck Through Grease on the reverse to me. Starting at the 'E' and 'P' in 'E Pluribus' and moving south from west to east through the Lincoln Memorial.

I have noticed on Lincolns from the 80's and 90's, finding a fully struck example is almost rare.
