Finally made it out for a much needed hunt. Managed to score another Barber key date. A 1903 S dime! Sweetness! Should I send it in or sell it as is? Thanks!

As is. If you need help in grading it yourself ask.
I'd give it a very fine details.
You won't recoup the cost of a slab.
No question of it being a possible counterfeit unlike
the 1901-S Quarter.

I'm kinda thinking about sending it to great collections again because they get it Slabbed at no cost to me. But I'm not sure if it's something worth slabbing or not?

I would not slab it. But as you had a good experience with Great Collections
why not ask them? It wouldn't hurt.

Nice-looking coin, grading Fine to my eye. Slabbing wouldn't add to its value, so that's a waste of money.

This is a semi-key date in the series ... 613,000 coins minted.

The 'Details' grade surely to accrue to this coin makes it IMHO not worth the price of placing into a TPG holder.

Your fabulous 1901-S quarter was a true key date ... and worthy of attribution.

My opinion ... sell it as is with full disclosure as a ground find.

Nice coin ... nice find indeed.

Just sell it as is. No reason to get it graded. You got the correct answers here. Vf Details is got to be real close !! Or correct.

Awesome, thanks for the input guys! I have it soaking in some distilled water. That crud is really soft and is just melting away. I'll send a pic after I pull it out.
