Yep, throw 'em back. Keepers are low serial numbers, repeaters, ladders, solid digits and radars fpr the most part.

All spenders in my opinion. For me to keep a bill, it has to be a small head president and in excellent condition.

For me to keep a bill, it's gotta be a star or small head. I may keep some fancy serial numbers, but not that many.
