Looks like F15-VF20. I can't confirm the N-20, hard to get a good look at the top of the 8 and 5 near the hair, a bit of crud in there.

Actually Jerry I think it's an N-14 which is an R.4. Could very well be an N-20 though, they're that close. The crud on this piece makes it hard to judge the distance of the 0 to the denticles.

As far as grade I'll say EAC 12 or F-15 market grade.

I was looking at the horizontal lines between nose and mouth on obverse. Also seems to have that line down from bun on hair?

I looked for the die marks and couldn't see them.

after seeing this coin in hand I think you are right about N-14 attribution Celtic. Things I thought I saw in pics were not there in hand. Good call.
