I'd say XF 45 BRN, possibly slightly higher. Probable strike-through at 10-12:00 obverse. Not worth the money for TPG.

lustery reverse, slight camoe obverse....this coin looks awesome with rich colour. I cant see this one dipping under MS-63 BN and possibly better. if there is slight cabinet wear than a heck of a nice AU-58.

AU-55, slightest touch of wear. I don't think it's lustrous enough on the obverse for a -58 but the reverse would make it. Possibly retoned, or altered color? Not an IHC expert so I'll leave it at a net AU-55 and let someone else sort out the "details." :)
