The fading of the rim and adjacent design is the telling sign. Good call , a clipped/incomplete planchet

 with incomplete planchet (clip) above. Blakely effect is a good indicator, but not always clearly visible after strike. Thanks, Doug.

Nice find... the blakesley effect towards the edges of clip are a sure indicator that its the real deal

Most incomplete planchets will have a weak area opposite the clip. John1
