Have these 25 Satang the left one 2.9g and right 2.6g and reeds are different. Are these normal for both coins or an error?

The one on the left seems to have a lamination issue in the second photo, I'm not sure if that can cause a weight difference or not. I'm not sure about the reeding difference.
