Does anbody know if this coin is a common error or one of a kind? Any if it's worth anything? I'm guessing it's just struck off center.

It's not off-center, it's a MisAligned Die strike, also know as a MAD. One die is in position while the other is not. Saldy, this phenonemon is quite common and this one is not that extreme with no design parts missing. If the parts of the design had been cut off then it would be worth something.

Keep up the search, it's an error regardless.
