I'm not adept enough at spotting counterfeits...but assuming this coin is legit I would still never touch it since I only have two very low quality pictures to make a $1,000+ purchase on. That's just not smart purchasing right there.
Two problems I can see immediately: -- it's not slabbed hence lack of authentication which it wouldn't get because, -- one of the simple diagnostics is wrong.
On a true 1922 Plain, Strong Reverse, the first "2" in the date is weaker than the second.
