Slightly misaligned die error.
Worth only face value other than it is made of Copper.

Again, I found a second date on your Cent, however the "8" is inverted..

That is just how they looked that year. It is the design from the master die passed on down to the die that made your coin. Slight MAD coin. But not enough to warrant a premium.
