I believe the state motto is doubled, remember all though the pictures make it appear like the serifs are raised, they are in fact incused (hope right terminology). See what you think?

It's not a doubled die. For one, if whatever you are seeing is too minor to be obvious in hugely magnified photos, might as well give it up. Second, the rules for Machine Doubling apply much differently with incuse letters. If you're seeing anything (which I cannot see at all), it's probably Machine Doubling.

Chuck the best look is the first picture and the M of wisdom ,,I can't make anything out for certian but I can see something on that letter .
