I am back again. My father and I used to buy lots of uncleaned unsearched coins from the Middle East. Usually, we just got a bunch of slug, some good coins, few silvers ones as well. But they all had to be cleaned. As a kid, I cleaned this one up as much as I felt comfortable with without damaging the coin.

I am pretty sure it is a Constantine (I mean the inscription pretty much confirms it), but after searching through Wildwinds for quite some time, I have not seen a back on a Constantine quite like the one here. There are many with two figures, but these are two "angel" like figures.

Hi Agross,
Siscia mint - RIC VII, 47d
Check wildwinds again with this info. The name of each mint is on the left, it runs alphabetically.

Awesome. Thanks guys. Do you think it is worth getting cleaned and graded or just something to keep in my collection?

i would just keep that one agross. I don't think it will clean up much more, and would be worth the cost of getting graded.

it is nice, and has a solid obverse...keep it and welcome about the ancient boat!

the angels are "two victories".
