Very clear that it was removed and put back in. Ugh.

I notice a trend with this kind of seller - quite often their few other listed items consist of at least 80% newer RCM collector coins. I suppose that's somehow supposed to add greater credibility........

So it's impossible for them to come from the mint like that?
Or are they easily moved?
I've never had one in my hand.

When a toonie is struck on the two piece planchets, the die can only or orientate one way, the correct way, the center can never be rotated unless popped out.

well I have searched about 2 thousand dollars worth of twoonies. I can tell you that the bear can be rotated as much as 30 degrees. I have found a few of them a lot at about 10 to 15 degrees. the way to tell for sure is to have the coin in your hand most twoonie are hit of center. so if you look at where it is pressed and the off center press marks don't line up then it is a fake. so could it be turned that far yes. the chances are very slim. but it is possible.

question if the outside part of the twoonie is pressed dead center. how can the center part be hit off center. especially if the center part is even showing on the outer rim next to the center. what are your thought on this like to know.

If they are stuck pre-assembled by a single die, they're all fake or weren't tight to begin with.
Any way, I took care of it.

If you would like a couple Bobby, I can send some to you... all you need is a mallet and wooden dowel, and you can rotate or even flip the core any way you want...
