He's saying that to comfort a suspected newb buyer like a luliby. It says to them "hey this must not be fake because the seller is telling me how to look out for a fake". Reverse psychology in a sense

Most obvious of the fake 55/55's out there....these are HORRIBLE fakes I've seen many times.

Let me translate: "I just purchased 100 of these fakes from the website who will not be named and your coin will be one of them, not the one pictured necessarily, but all of them look identical, so no worries!
